Excerpt from the Annals of the Flamebound Epoch – “The Blade That Divides the Silence”

“…And in the twilight of the Fifth Moon, when the sky split with stormlight and the heavens wept stone, she emerged from the ruin—crowned in gold, clad in crimson lace and steel. A child of two worlds: one of peace, and one of fire. Her name is lost to time, but her legend endures.

In her hands she bore the Sword of War and Peace, a blade not forged by mortal flame but by the Will of Equilibrium itself. It burned with a golden fire that neither seared nor soothed—it judged. Where it fell, tyrants were unmade and the broken were lifted. It was said the sword drank deeply of intent, responding not to strength, but to resolve.

She stood in the circle of crumbling stone, beneath a moon marred by prophecy. The earth, cracked and scorched beneath her feet, trembled—not from fear, but from recognition. The winds curled around her like whispered oaths, and the sky held its breath. For she was not merely a bearer of the blade. She was its purpose given form.

She was the Balancekeeper—the storm in stillness, the flame in the frost. And when the dark tide rose to swallow the last lights of the world, it was she who stepped forward—not in rage, but in unshakable truth. The sword ignited. Peace would be earned. War would be answered.

And so the reckoning began.”
